Aucupence* is a boutique consulting practice that offers NDA-based, white-label support in bid design, solution narratives, and delivery governance for Chinese software delivery teams working with multinational enterprise clients in China. Many teams are technically skilled but struggle to meet enterprise expectations in proposal structure, compliance documentation, methodology clarity, and client-facing communication that can be defended in English.
We assist teams in transforming delivery capabilities into structured, credible, and enterprise-ready narratives and artifacts. Our support includes RFP analysis, response architecture, compliance matrices, solution storylines, governance model design, and project defense preparation.
We ensure alignment of compliance, solution logic, delivery approach, and governance so that proposals and execution models stay consistent, credible, and easy to evaluate in an English environment.
At the individual level, we offer tailored coaching for professionals backed by an expert network across multiple domains. We support transition interviews and role-specific and domain-specific interviews, matching coaches to each professional’s target function and industry context.

Zayn leads Aucupence*’s consulting practice and methodology development. He brings extensive experience in cross-border project management and large-scale system transformation in the finance sector, with deep expertise in agile governance, delivery frameworks, and solution-level communication across global teams. Before founding Aucupence, he led strategic and agile transformation initiatives at Home Credit China and managed multiple external development vendors across local and offshore teams. He also provides highly customized one-on-one coaching for professionals
Yali Liu
Strategic Advisor
MBA, CFA® , FRM®
Yali supports Aucupence* as a strategic advisor, providing an international perspective on bid economics and risk framing for enterprise digital programs. She helps strengthen proposals through disciplined budgeting logic, deal-shaping insights, and structured risk narratives aligned with global financial-client expectations.
She holds an MBA from McGill University and is both a CFA charterholder and a certified FRM.
Lina Yang
Co-founder & Career Development Coach, Senior Business Project Manager
Lina leads Aucupence*’s one-on-one career coaching programs and consults on Agile and project delivery practices for both individual and corporate clients. She helps professionals transform domestic work experience into globally competitive profiles, while advising companies on optimizing product delivery cycles, cross-border collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
She is currently pursuing her MBA at Rice University, further deepening her expertise in cross-functional management and strategic leadership.

Victor Liang
Frontend & DevOps Advisor | Agile Technical Delivery

Victor Liang is a senior frontend and DevOps expert within Aucupence*’s extended delivery network. He supports client-facing technical documentation, CI/CD automation narratives, and Agile delivery mapping for international bids.
Before collaborating with Aucupence, he spent over 10 years delivering offshore solutions across multiple vendor environments, contributing to EU-facing SaaS products and enterprise portals for finance and logistics clients.
Focus areas include:

- OpenAPI/Swagger API lifecycle documentation
