Aucupence Consulting helps Chinese outsourcing teams win and deliver both international and local software and digital transformation projects.
We provide bidding advisory, solution design, and delivery capability coaching, enabling smaller vendors to meet the technical and operational standards of global clients across finance, enterprise, and public sectors.
We work closely with our clients to build credible proposals, design reliable delivery frameworks, and communicate effectively with international partners.
We operate entirely under NDA and white-label arrangements, supporting clients behind the scenes to strengthen their bids and delivery frameworks. Our role remains confidential, but the impact is clearly reflected in the outcomes.

What We Do

1. Bid Structuring & Proposal Support

We guide clients through the entire bidding process, including RFP analysis, proposal development, and response preparation. Our work focuses on what evaluation committees value most: solution clarity, delivery structure, and measurable commitments that build client confidence.

2. Solution Design Advisory

We advise on cloud architectures, DevOps pipelines, data flows, and functional scopes that meet international standards. We help transform technical expertise into clear and credible narratives that global clients can understand and trust.

3. Delivery Capability Coaching

We work with teams to define and communicate their delivery models through Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, QA, and SLA frameworks. The goal is to demonstrate operational maturity and reliability by making capabilities visible, structured, and verifiable.

4. Project Defense & Communication Coaching

We prepare PMs, tech leads, and sales leaders for client presentations, proposal defenses, and Q&A sessions. Through rehearsal and content refinement, we help teams present complex solutions with clarity and confidence to international stakeholders.

We work with small and mid-sized software development teams and outsourcing vendors across China that seek to build long-term relationships with international clients.

Zayn Talap

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

PMP®, PSM®, PSPO®, FMVA® 

Zayn leads Aucupence’s strategy, consulting practice, and delivery methodology development.

He brings extensive experience in cross-border project management and large-scale system transformation in the finance sector, with deep expertise in agile governance, delivery frameworks, and solution-level communication across global teams.

Before founding Aucupence, Zayn led strategic and agile transformation initiatives at Home Credit China, partnering with international and C-level stakeholders on multi-million-dollar digital programs, including the Voicebot AI system, consumer lending platform Home Credit Pay, and enterprise risk-control solutions.

In this role, he also managed multiple external development vendors, overseeing project delivery, quality assurance, and process alignment across local and offshore teams — experience that now shapes his advisory approach to outsourcing and delivery governance.

He has advised engineering and delivery teams on agile governance, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration for international projects.

Yali Liu

Advisor & Partner

MBA, CFA® , FRM® 


Yali serves as a strategic advisor to Aucupence, lending international financial expertise and perspective to our work with cross-border outsourcing clients. Her experience in investment management allows her to advise on commercial terms, project budgeting, and risk mitigation, ensuring our proposals and delivery frameworks meet the compliance and business expectations of global financial clients. She holds an MBA from McGill University and is both a CFA charterholder and a certified FRM.

Lina Yang

Co-founder & Career Development Coach, Senior Business Project Manager

Lina leads Aucupence’s one-on-one career coaching programs and consults on Agile and project delivery practices for both individual and corporate clients. She helps professionals transform domestic work experience into globally competitive profiles, while advising companies on optimizing product delivery cycles, cross-border collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.


She is currently pursuing her MBA at Rice University, further deepening her expertise in cross-functional management and strategic leadership.

Tao Wang

Partner & Technical Expert | System Delivery & Architecture Design
10+ Years in Outsourcing | Java / Node.js / Cloud Systems

Wang Tao is a core technical expert at Aucupence, leading system architecture planning, technical proposal design, and delivery simulation for client bids.

He brings over a decade of engineering experience from his time at Yunsoft Technologies and XMotion Software — two respected outsourcing firms that have long provided backend systems and cloud solutions to clients across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Wang specializes in:

  • Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • AWS infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Technical writing for RFPs: system diagrams, API schemas, delivery milestones
  • Mapping Agile sprints and acceptance criteria into global client documentation

At Aucupence, he ensures that our clients present credible, scalable, and technically sound delivery proposals — not just slides.

Victor Liang

Victor Liang is a Partner at Aucupence, specializing in frontend systems, CI/CD automation, and client-facing technical documentation.

Before joining Aucupence, he spent over 10 years delivering offshore solutions at Blue Coding, ESOFT, and BrightNet, contributing to EU-facing SaaS products and enterprise portals for finance and logistics clients.

His strengths include:

  • React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modular frontend architecture
  • OpenAPI/Swagger API lifecycle documentation
  • GitHub/GitLab-based CI/CD with Dockerized deployment
  • Translating client-facing requirements into Agile delivery blueprints
