TRANSFORMING A LOCAL OUTSOURCING TEAM FOR GLOBAL DELIVERY
A Chengdu-based software outsourcing company (50+ engineers, Java/React stack) aimed to win their first EU-based SaaS development contract. Despite solid technical capabilities, the team had never participated in international bidding and lacked delivery transparency, client-facing roles, and documentation processes.
Under a strict NDA, Aucupence provided full behind-the-scenes support — from bid construction to delivery system design — without being disclosed to the end client. Our role was to equip the team to present and operate as a globally competent vendor, while keeping their client-facing narrative fully self-contained.
RFP Breakdown & Proposal Construction
We started by dissecting a 24-page RFP from a Dutch healthtech startup. The original client request required an MVP platform within 16 weeks, CI/CD pipelines, GDPR-compliant user management, and ongoing code handover.
We led the creation of the full bid package:
- Technical Proposal: Microservice architecture design, React-based front-end layering, Redis-based session management, and AWS deployment strategy
- Delivery Plan: Sprint-based Gantt chart, QA milestones, code freeze & UAT schedule

PM & Architect Readiness Training
We trained the client’s PM and tech lead for two upcoming video interviews with the European client.
